Generation Z is also known as Centennials, Post-Millennials, Plurals, the Homeland Generation and Techo-kids. The demographics of this generation are children of the Millennials. Since this is a fresh generation in the making, our precise timeline of their demoggraphics is still in formation but typically researchers use the starting date of year 2000.
 
A significant aspect of this generation is their widespread Internet use from a young age. Members of Generation Z are typically thought of as being comfortable with technology, and interacting on social media websites for a significant portion of their socializing. Because of this dependence, they are known for being extremely insecure and unsettled. They are socially backwards, while at the same time exhibiting aggressive, rude and disrespectful toward parents and other civil authority figures.
